This page includes all the small galleries of one or two photos of interesting golfing days out. Just scroll over the photo to see what it is...and yes, the guy that looks like Lee Westwood in some of the pictures is Lee Westwood!

The next sequence is from the English Golf Union 2009 Gold Medal Competition Final sponsored by Fullers London Pride for which I was lucky enough to qualify. It was held over 3 days at Woodhall Spa in Lincolnshire on the Hotchkin Course which is currently rated the 18th best in the world, with tight fairways bounded by bracken, and as if that wasn't enough, it has 365 bunkers! Somehow, amidst the carnage (and the hospitality) I managed to finish 15th.

On the way down to the Ryder Cup in October '10 we stopped off in Monmouth at The Rolls to play a very pretty parkland course built in the grounds of the mansion where the first Rolls-Royces were built.

At the beginning of November 2010 Lee Westwood made it to the number one ranked golfer in the world. Here are a couple of pictures of the superstar...with Lee Westwood standing nearby...
